The Nova Scotia Lobster Wars

While reading that article I was encouraged that chefs, who are always looking at the bottom line, took the side of the folks who had been granted fishing rights by treaty. As an after thought I am surprised this made the press as most people cannot afford to eat lobster.

It used to be that salmon was very rare and expensive but now with salmon farms it’s much more affordable. Tuna in cans used to be the cheapest stuff around and now it’s getting pricey.

But even lobsters seem to be more affordable now since they can be kept in aquariums.

Goose barnacles are harder to get. A wonderful delicacy.

I would suggest the headline: Capitalism Provides Remedy when Constitution Fails. (But only in this one case, this one time: Good Luck Everyone Else!)
