Me - this is satire, almost as stupid as the builder suing the widow for sinking their boat and giving them a bad rep except the latter is actually happening!
More likely one insurance company suing another in the name of their clients.

The boatyard is ill-served by their insurance company then. If they thought no one would buy their boats BEFORE, wait until word spreads that they will sue you for sinking one of their boats for making them look bad.

I would say it is most certainly one insurance company suing another. IMHO unless the CEO of the Italian Group takes his head from his fundamental orifice and takes charge this will end up as a classic lesson for management studies for years.
