me and my colleagues are working on an article for a volume on Port Performance and Strategy in Research in Transportation Business and Management.
The aim of this survey is to collect information on important aspects for choosing to work for one employer while refusing to work for another. Furthermore, information on conveniences that could make you stay longer than originally planned in your onboard occupation will be gathered.
For this purpose a survey has been developed which shall be spread and can be answered by active[B], future and former technical and nautical officers[/B]. The results of the survey will be used for the article on employer branding and will help employers to improve for instance the “right” conditions.
