I requested a seatime letter at the end of March.The ships master does the letters and it’s a Government owned vessel. I have had verbal conversation with shoreside management and several crew members have filed a grievance with the union. I need the letter to both renew and upgrade my license. I am currently working my way up the chain of command. Do I have any other options that I may have over looked?
