I have heard members of this forum discuss using commercial services to evaluate, prepare and submit documentation to re-new or apply for a Merchant Mariner Credential. Do any of you have a service like this that you would recommend and the reason why you recommend them? Thanks.
For license consultant I used Andy Hammond out of Boston. His signature was on my license so I figured he knew what he was doing. I would recommend him, he was fast, efficient and responded quickly to emails. Always got renewed without a hitch.
