Heard a rumor today about a platform explosion in the GOM. Any truth to it?
There was a small fire on board one of the deepwater drilling rigs two days ago, but the U.S. Coast Guard says it was quickly put out by the crew and didn’t cause any significant damage. Not sure which rig it was.
