Now the steel cutting sermony for the Arcadia has been held at Philly Shipyard and attended by President Biden:

He neglected to mention that the yard is owned and operated by Philly Shipyard ASA, a Norwegian company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange:

The equipment will be European. So will the financing.

Five times as many Norwegians in the US than there are in Norway. The USA door is wide open for foreign investors with $500,000 or more, executives, and skilled labor.
