Hey all,
I hope this question is not too basic or stupid, but here goes.
In the “shipper” field of a B/L, when a company is shipping goods on behalf of another company, is there any significant legal difference between filling such field as “Company X, on behalf of Company Y” and “Company X, for account of Company Y”?
Is there any refference I can search on this? Tried books and google so far, but no luck.
