It is time to go from “Oil price uncertainty” to “Offshore market rebound”. hence this new thread:

That is a lot of work for shipyards, equipment suppliers and consultants of various stripes initially and for mariners and oil field workers when they get into production.
Nothing said about where these FPSO/FSO, MOPUs etc. will be operating, though.

WEST AQUARIUS is drilling in deep water 200 miles SE of Halifax. Apparently, the first deepwater drilling off Nova Scotia. Canadian flagTidewater OSVs are supporting it.
