why would Crowley need DPO’s? The new tugs or something else?
I believe the first couple were gonna be DP1. The last couple maybe DP2. Pretty nice tugs if I were inclined to work on a tug those would be the ones I’d shoot for.
My guess is the new tugs AND something else they are managing.
