Hey all, this is my first post though I’ve been a reader for quite some time.
I recently upgraded to 1600 Oceans and needed to take a few more classes to get them out of the way. There is a new ECDIS class and ARPA class being given now in Port Townsend Wa. I took ECDIS, and am taking ARPA this week. Outstanding facility, great atmosphere, awesome teacher. I hope this doesn’t sound like an promo, because I don’t work for the school and I’m not getting paid. I just know how hard it is to take a class sometimes - needing to fly across the country to take it or not being able to take it because of time scheduling. So yeah - I can’t say enough good things about these classes. I live in the Northwest so it was perfect for me. A fellow student told me he almost went to Florida to take ECDIS until he found out about this class.
