Damage allegedly happens in Estonian EEZ, (0500 hrs LT) .

ship is stopped moving wsw in the TSS but in Finnish EEZ several hrs later (daylight) with anchor in the water.( no pictures yet, available pic do not show bow section)

vsl forced by Finish C.G. to enter Finnish territorial waters and under Finnish jurisdiction and detained.

Cargo sized under suspicion of sanctions violation, crew detained and interrogated, criminal charges.

PSC control initiated on the ship that did not enter territorial waters voluntarily.

Makes me wonder what Finland is up to .

Finland is protecting itself, and its Baltic neighbors, as it should.

The ship and cargo should be forfeited. The owners should be sanctioned and fall off balconies. The crew, especially the Russians, should go to prison for a long time.

When a swarm of Russian drones departs a ship in the Baltic to overfly NATO territory, the ship should be seized or sunk immediately.

Putin will do whatever evil he can get away with. Baltic countries and NATO cannot allow Putin to get away with it.

I have been well familiarised on this forum with opinions of the tolerated here and frequently applauded little nazi hitlerities as well as their shore equivlents like perfumed genocidal monster clowns like lindsey graham .

The content, tone of this schoolyard type bullies ramblings is similar to Adolf Hitler and his nazi cronies warming up speeches , hours before the commencement of operation Barbarosa how to anihilate , what to do and how to kill both opposing soldiers and civilians occupying their land.

I was interested in the opinion of marine professional , not in the ramblings of xenophobic , biased local red neck morons allowed here to publish and promulgate their hate filled speeches and teachings inherited from forefathers planted in USA by organizers of operation paper clip .

Looks like another provocation of Baltic Nato chihuahua dogs have not generated satisfactory results. Except one : the intense propaganda media coverage to convince the local public that enhanced navy presence in the region is a must and it must be covered by taxpayers money. The added bonus of such hype is that one toothed, old peasant grandma from some remote SE stern corner of Poland is absolutely convinced the ruskie are cutting cables with ship anchors and are really ugly dudes.

The last discovered anchor drag line ended with lost anchor from one of the suspect vessel ( pics from Maritime Executive) . Pity the nautical experts here could not notice the drag line with anchor was pointing in ene- erly direction while the actual/real track was in wsw-rly direction , hence one evidence contradicts the other. Just saying.

That drag line is just like the sausage, it has two ends.

Your super duper echosounding equipment has detected the anchor drag line starting at position A and ending at pos. B. At pos. B you detected also an anchor resting on the bottom that was separated from it’s chain due to stress.

Now You use your fertile imagination and imagine yourself at point A looking towards point B where the anchor is resting. Using your past experience or compass you determine that the anchor is resting ENE from point A.

Exactly as per image delivered by Maritime Executive in the Oped. Trust I do not have to make a drawing for You to imagine that.

Basis this evidence as provided by the news service I have concluded the vessel must have navigated with anchor dragging from point A when the drag started to point B when it ended due to anchor separation in ENEly direction.

However the content of the article like the content of other articles in other maritime news joints vehemently claim the vessel was navigating in wswly TSS lane what is further confirmed by it’s AIS track record.

So explain pls that to me applying wisdom from your sausage theory.
