Has anyone received or is familiar with a limited master of towing? Per the checklist on the NMC website I meet all he criteria for this credential. I submitted my application for this endorsement minus the letter dictating the specific route from the OCMI. The NMC approved my sea time and qualifications for this endorsement, however they are unable to grant this
license until I present a letter from the OCMI, who at this point are completely unwilling to write a letter dictating a specific route. What recourse do I have at this point? Jdcavo, I would value your opinion on this matter.
