If somebody asked me to sign Motins sentence i would sign it with my both legs and hands without blinking an eye. Question is for how many years in the hole.
What i find objectionable is this shitshow. The death of a seafarer is lamentable , no question about it. But what pregnancy of his wife now widow has to do with the investigation i do not know.
But i think it would be worth exploring why he was on the bows. Because if he was not and was where the rest of Solong crew was he would be alive like the others.
I have zero or even less then zero knkwledge abt criminal law but i find it strange reading such expressions like : missing and PRESUMED dead.
Therefore then my may be twisted and uninfiormed mind tells me
that the perpetrator of this whole mess should also be presumed guilty.
It sound ridiculous but somehow something tells me something is missing here and missing hugely especially consulting with the a/m book.

With all due respect to all patriots here i do not hear this SILENCE in mono. I hear this silence in stereo until the moment of collision meaning from both ships. And this silence from anchored ship is not equally but surely it is damning.
And all efforts of bending over backwards and spreading stories about heroism and profesinalism and what not ,do not impress me at all. It makes me only more suspicious what something is fishy here.
1,5 days or less for whole Stena crew iinterogation by MAIB inspectors is a joke and an insult to all those familiar with investigative proces either from hands on exprience or ftom literature.
