So does this mean i should hold off on getting Tankerman Assistant endorsement? Will this become pointless if this new rule passes? Does this also mean Places like SGS can hire with out all the paper work (loads)?
Why were you getting it in the first place?
I was trying to get it to make my self more markable towards future employers like Harvy gulf (example) that do have tank ships thats all.

BTW, this regulation change only applies to tugs.
It further only applies to fueling tugs.
