Anyone have any info on what to expect of this Deckhand interview/testing process or any feedback at all would be appreciated. Have done several searches and surprisingly cant find much info at all. Thanks for any help/advice.
I worked on deck for a similar company, Ingram Barge. The interview is just a formality. Be warned though deckhand on the river is the bottom of the barrel job in the marine industry. Low pay, very physically demanding and difficult to move up. A good place to start and build a resume for a marine career though.
