A 1004MB low east of Japan will move rapidly east-northeastward deepening into a major hurricane force storm low of about 940MB by Oct. 31st at 0000Z over the eastern North Pacific with surface winds to 75Kts and seas to 50ft are possible.
That one’s going to stir things up in Dutch Harbor, but nothing that they aren’t used to.
