I actually liked the dunking and flipping upside down, have to renew in a few months
Itโs useful training if you ever have to escape from a submerged car.

It was always one of my favorite courses. Of course it is always interesting when you are going through the class with a few sailors who canโt or have limited ability swimming. Puts the instructors and safety divers on point. All I. All a good class. I think I have gone through four or five times of over the years
The first time I did it in a new facility I was expecting the water to be cold and the pool was heated, very nice.
