Bestiality, zoöphilia and animal porn is punishable in this country since March 10, 2010. Perhaps rather late but that is because this phenomenon was hardly known until then. It is hard to catch the perpetrators as the act is often committed in a closed environment like a home or a barn.
At present, there are still a number of countries where zoöphilia is legal, including Brazil, Mexico, Thailand, Finland, Hungary, and Romania. In the US, there is no federal law against zoöphilia although most states class it as a felony and / or wrongdoing, even though it is technically legal in some states (e.g., Texas, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Wyoming , West Virginia and New Mexico).
