FPSO for Mexico

An FPSO to be operating in the Gulf of Campeche is under outfitting:

In typical fashion this is a very international project;
The FPSO will be owned and operated by a Japanese company for the Italian oil company ENI.
The conversion of the tanker Felicity was be done in China, but installation of the topsides will be done in Singapore.
Some of modules of production equipment will be supplied by an American company with Hq in Houston, but incorporated in Panama.They are fabricated at their plant in Mexico and transported to Singapore on Dutch HLVs.
The rest will be fabricated in China.

Not sure whether the completed FPSO will be steaming to GoM under own power, or be towed there by tugs.
Who will be responsible of installation in the field and the field infrastructure has not be announced yet AFAIK.(??)
