Which harbor do they want to base it in? Because no one is going to want the emissions of a 50 MW power plant grinding away in their port. Just sayin’
Yes it is likely that the nimby crowd will have a fit, no matter where it is placed. (unless it so far offshore that it is invisible from shore)
I have found no date of the intended power source, whether onboard or by shore supply. (or maybe mini-nuclear?)
I can not see any “smoke stack” on the model, so it is unlikely that it will be powered by conventional diesel generators, or gas turbines

If, as stated, 50% of the power consumption is typically for cooling purposes, placing the FDCs in places with access to plenty of very cold water would seam ideal. (Alaska, here we came)
Maybe that is the reason for the “icebreaker bow” on the model?
