Curious about carrier flight deck composition.
Every time that the dynamic duo of the 2 UK aircraft carriers return to port, they are immediately tented and it appears that the entire flight is renewed.
Are we (Bridge Team) perceiving it incorrectly or are they just made of rubbish like our national roads are?
That’s accurate if they use the same stuff that we do in the US, but a lot of it is more with the non-skid getting worn down and filled up with rubber (and skin and fabric if you trip). It’s wicked stuff, but wears rapidly in that environment.
You made me laugh. If you trip and fall on that stuff you may as well have fallen on a cheese grater!
