I’ll bet you that ENSCO is already working on a plan to eliminate all marine crew from the Pride drillships. First, they’ll get the flag state to determine that they are all barges!

I hope that is not possible. After the Horizon, I figured, if anything, the Master will certainly have to be the OIM if any new regulations are drafted.
