The El Nino effect continues as a new low developing along the GA-FL coast this morning is forecast to deepen rapidly as it moves ENE off the US East Coast developing storm force winds within the next 24-36 hours and hurricane force winds to 70 knots within 48 hours within 240-360 NM of the center. This will likely cause delays to some westbound shipping enroute US East Coast and Gulf Ports .
