I don’t think a MEBA mate should be taking a job from an MM&P applicant in their hall. MM&P jobs should rightfully for MM&P. Likewise I don’t think there should be MM&P mates taking jobs over MEBA members and applicants on the Express ships. MEBA jobs should be for MEBA.
