I always have a real bad “itch” for a “pinch” when i’m outside, working on the boat, etc. I just started dipping coffee, and have gone from coffee grinds to something that is sold called “Grinds”. It works! It takes the craving away, and I have been tobacco free for several weeks now. Just curious if anyone else does this?
