What have I constantly reposted?

The administration can ban me if they so wish, although I would like to know on what grounds if that does happen.

The problem is no one can ban the truth.

What have I done other than show the lies that have been spewed by the government and BP are just that, lies?

Blisters, I’d love to go with you to that BP crab boil.

Perhaps Blisters will be banned also?

Gregg Hall aka PcolaGregg Questions Gulf Of Mexico Commission In Gulfport Missippi August 17 2010

                 August 19, 2010 [http://ProjectGulfImpact.com](http://projectgulfimpact.com/)

I attended the Gulf Of Mexico Commission meeting in Gulfport on my drive back from Grand Isle Louisiana - I stopped by Waveland Mississippi on my way and found tar balls on the beach in Waveland Mississippi as big as the palm of my hand.

You will see at the end of the video that I was just disgusted by the answers I received and just had to walk out.

Thanks for caring and helping me spread the truth

WLOX NEWS COVERAGE OF MEETING

August 17, 2010

Hugh Kaufman has been at EPA since the Agency was created in the early 1970s, as an engineer, investigator and policy analyst. Prior to joining the EPA in the beginning of 1971, he was a Captain in the US Air Force. He helped write all the Federal laws regulating the treatment, storage, disposal, and remediation of solid and hazardous waste. He has been the Chief Investigator on numerous contamination cases, including Love Canal and Times Beach.

In 1976, when he was Chief Investigator on Hazardous Sites, he came up with the idea for a major Government Clean-up Program called Superfund, that was enacted in 1980. Beginning in 1997, he served as Chief Investigator for EPA’s National Ombudsman. In that role, he investigated and conducted several public hearings around the country on EPA’s clean-up and remediation at hazardous sites. In this role, he led the investigation that uncovered EPA and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) cover-up of the environmental effects of the collapse of the World Trade Center after al Qaeda’s terrorist acts in September 11, 2001.

He has testified numerous times before Congress. Mr. Kaufman is currently the Senior Policy Analyst at EPA’s Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response, and has held this position since the Bush Administration abolished the EPA Ombudsman Office in 2002.

Hugh Kaufman EPA Whistleblower Exposes Coverup of Toxic Corexit Dispersant Effects - MSNBC

The story about the W.H.O.I. survey finding the 22 mile plume at 650 or so fathoms pins quite a few questions on the “board”.
At that depth the sea life is sparse ( as far as anybody knows).
Guess the info. regarding width/direction and speed over ground will be made public in due time.
The part about it being as clear as spring water is something I’ve never heard before.
Will the high pressure and low temperature combine to allow the majority of the volume to escape the Gulf and enter the Northerly Loop ?

The following video, entitled, The Roughnecks Lament, speaks volumes, for the O&G men,We have been blessed, with a natural resource, in the GOM, which will help us maintain, our standard of living. We have the technology, to safely retrieve, this deep oil, and the desire, of many brave men to work, and allow them to provide for their families. These men, have one of several things in common. And, that is to sacrifise, the daily comforts of life, for their children, and wives, back at home, they too, live for their families, their children, and all they want , is to know , that when the day comes, they close their eyes, their, children, will be educated, and be able, to take care of themselves.,Lets, upgrade our rigs’s bop’s and whatever else, and get these men back to work.,<yesterday, not tomorrow>http://video.nytimes.com/video/2010/06/11/us/1247468032713/the-roughneck-s-lament.html

MikeDB…thanks for being a voice of sanity and morality around. Basically, you’re the last one left, everyone else has been run off. This place has become like the oil drum.

I sure hope you are just a ''wanna be Captain"…because, you certainly could not fit in the shoes, of any of these men,on this forum, whom I have come to respect, and admire;and if you are a captain, I surely pitty for the men , on your ship. You re prob. an arrogant, bully, because, you were prob. the fat kid, back in grade school, who was always, bullied, and teased. And, I just know , you would not have the courage, to insult me face to face, in public.
MikeDB…thanks for being a voice of sanity and morality around. Thank you, AyeCaptain, but unless something else happens that MSM isn’t covering I won’t be back. Now watch the thank yous line up beneath this post. lol

As long as people allow multi-billion dollar per year corporations to privatize profits and socialize losses nothing will change, and that is exactly what I expect will happen; nothing. Soothing lies will keep people asleep because in all reality they don’t really care as long as they can work, have fun, and live the “American dream”.

Corporations will continue to kill the life supports this planet provides for all of us until all that is left is the gold and silver their greed has brought them and the death of the planet along with the majority of the population. The problem is we can’t “cap” this planet and move on to another to destroy.

I’ve done what I can to open the eyes to the lies that are spoken as gospel but I know this; as long as the people in this country have plenty to eat, drink, and entertain themselves and a problem isn’t in their back yard, they really don’t care. The chase for the almighty dollar will continue even if it means killing the oceans of the world or destroys the small quantity of clean water we have left.

It’s sad and it tears my heart out that people think life will always go on as it has but you can’t explain color to a blind man.

Though I have been harsh with you in some posts, I will admit that there has been - and continues to be - a cover-up as to the true extent of this disaster. The world being the way it is, one would expect a large international entity such as BP to do everything in their power to minimize the perceived impact - as opposed to the actual, which they have been unable to control. Again, it is expected, but NOT condoned. As time has gone on, I have grown distressed at the Governments inability - other than an initial reaction of rage & angst - to take control. Further, there is enough ancillary evidence to suggest that the government has been an active participant in trying to minimize the perceived impact from this disaster. Where I have taken exception with you is when a sensationalist piece that is obviously wrong and/or biased has been presented as fact to support the above.

Probably - at least, for me - one of your best posts were the links on Hugh Kaufman. Obviously knowledgeable, inside the system, no obvious axe to grind (maybe), with a really scary but believable point - that the dispersants have damaged a huge area of the gulf. It’s also not sensationalist nor a conspiracy theory.

I believe the plumes exist and that there has been an effort by the government and BP to suppress investigations into them. Possibly I believe that because of your sometimes ranting and sensationalist postings. I would like to think that I have come to this view rationally by the breadth of my reading. But, who knows…

Let’s remember, we are all here for one common goal. BP loves nothing more, than the people being hushed about this mess. They also, are entertained by "wacko’ ideas. Let’s try to respect one another, and give us a chance to voice our concerns. We all have been affected by this. People from around the globe, have been part of this forum. The disaster’s effects, are constantly evolving. We are still dealing with the “well”, and since we are not being informed, by BP, and the government “completely” < they feel justified, with giving the public, bits and pieces> we must rely on US. One dude, might know more about drilling, than the other dude, and one chick, might have something to contribute, about the corexit, and some other comrade, might know something about law. We have on this forum, some fantastic resources for information. Let’s not allow our ego’s to supersede, our goals, nor squelch information, ideas, feelings. From the guy, with less than a high school diploma, to the Dr. with the PHD,lets all keep in mind, we are here to seek the truth. Look at how our voices, have brought down the BP stock. People are still not buying their gas. We do make a difference. And if we occasionaly get P/O’d, that 's ok…but to outcast our fellow comrades, here will only hurt every one of you, and me. If you want to tell some body to fuck off, then so be it,but we have to continue, the discussion.

Mike is on 60 min again, wish him luck but he’s like me, almost clueless on the BOP, talking again about rubber over the shakers, needs to learn, but so did i. Someday someone will ask him if they had ever loaded new software into the GE PLC’s in the BOP.

On a more serious note MikeDB…these videos are indeed most interesting. With whats happened recently to the economy I find it hard to argue with the material they contain . Nevertheless it is important to know that one’s thoughts are his servants. Put in another way…my thoughts serve me, I do not serve them. Videos like these can sometimes perpetuate or reinforce myths perpetuated by the very people they accuse for the ills of Earth today. No one no matter how big or powerful can disregard the forces of nature (powerful geopressures in this case), unless he is a disconnected egotistic psychopath or a lower form of spirit housed within human form. There are plenty of these in high places but a good amount can be found living in back alleys out of choice… They look it. Not hard to spot at all. Greedy fat pigs.

I work with the oil industry. I know about its ill effects. Countless wells have and can be drilled without spilling a drop into the ocean. I am not addicted but am caught up with a world driven by fossil fuels and products. I reduce complicity by minimizing consumption. Unfortunately it is illegal in several areas to generate my own solar or wind, or mini water turbine power to reduce dependence of fossil fuels. This blowout is real bad and the solution is quite simple…just stop cutting corners. Spend the time and the money to do it safely.

Free energy might be a dangerous delusion. Energy or matter can neither be created or destroyed. A person who can prove scientifically that he can tap energy from nowhere is actually drawing it from somewhere or place we are not yet aware of. Just imagine what free energy would mean for manufacturing, and mining - open season !!!, all hell will break lose on whats left of the earths resources. I’d opt for now as far as base load power generation is concerned, for fossil fuels, as long as we extract and use it carefully and sparingly within environmental constraints to handle its by products but invest profits into other cleaner sources of power…Geez I’m sounding like BP now. I hate saying this because it will mean higher prices for everything and not good for sales profits from consumer items but the level gluttony we have now even though population has increased will be at least curbed. People will lose weight, drive less , walk more and get healthier.

Greedy and shameless exchange of life for profit and negligence though must never go unpunished otherwise the wrong signals will be sent and we will see this happen again and again…and this ain’t over yet but hope it will be soon as far as bottom kill is concerned but the effect of this disaster will linger on for decades.

I watched through the “Holocausts of Today”. I mean, you really can’t disagree with anything he is saying. Everybody is greedy and it is destroying the earth. However, he mixes in a bunch of stuff that he likely embraces. For example, his statement that just 7 corporations control 90% of the grain market. We all benefit by living in a society where food is so cheap. Thus our WIC program benefits by the market efficiencies inherent with control by large corporations. Would he cut food to those recipients by eschewing the market efficiencies? I doubt it. He is against all wars. That is fine. We are all against wars. Can you offer an alternative response to say: Pearl Harbor? Probably not. I tire of these folks who camp out on the high moral road and descend only long enough to sup at the trough.

Home so going to watch, thanks for the link Blisters, while I’m at it: what the hell happened to the Coast Guard? These people use to be the most honest and honorable people I came in contact with, regulatory and rescue. Now we have a pin head at the hearings telling the crew of the DWH that they had to stay on site 36 hours and watch their rig burn because the boat they were on was necessary to search for the 11 missing, such arrogance of the CG to say there were no assets they could have sent out there to get those boys into port, had to stay there and be debriefed by them and watch their rig burn because it was the CG, what a bold face lie to cover-up a big mistake and insulting to the crew members who told that excuse by the little CG pin head. I see the pin-head isn’t in charge of the hearings today, GOOD, but it still doesn’t answer the question of what’s happened to the CG that someone like him could ever gotten to a position of responsibility.
