That is the problem. All of us are entering a different chapter in this industry. Insurance liability is making HUGE differences in the job, liability and responsibility. I look towards the future when after accident, we will see a Captain (or Mate) out on the street as a result of this liability. When did YOU really fulfill ALL of your company official paperwork, and training schedules as required? You DO realize that you sending them in with your signature is binding you to the records?!
