Container ship WADI ALRAYAN reportedly suffered containers collapse causing containers loss and damages, off Alexandria, Egypt. Understood accident occurred late Dec 8 – early Dec 9, when the ship was caught in storm raging in the area, shortly after leaving Alexandria. Exact number of lost and damaged containers unknown. The ship anchored at Alexandria anchorage, later, on Dec 10, she berthed at Alexandria. As of 1520 UTC Dec 11, she remained in the same position. Source : Maritime Bulletin
