Company required vaccination

I really don’t understand the confusion.

  1. If you are not vaccinated against Covid or many other diseases you may be infected.
  2. If you are vaccinated you may still get the disease but will likely not die unless you have other preexisting conditions.
  3. Any company that hires an unvaccinated person would possibly be liable.

Imagine this. Your company is operating between the USA and Africa; Cote 'd Ivoire Ghana, South Africa or other countries where Ebola is present. There is a vaccine for Ebola, Why would any company hire an unvaccinated person from those countries? Would you want to work with them, eat in the same galley?
