Knowing someone did something and being able to prove it in a court of law are two vastly different things.

John Merrone’s convictions were thrown out by an appellate court in FL. So when he applied for his credential he had no convictions.
The original conviction was not overturned on a technicality. It was overturned because he was prevented from introducing certain evidence that would have aided in his defense. The prosecutor could have retried him. But probably didn’t because they knew they wouldn’t win.

Someone needs to complain about the judge to the Florida State Attorney. Also post the name of the judge here. Judges are voted and appointed positions. Then we can know who appointed them.
