The general cargo ship New Lucky 3 got dangerous list due to heavy sea and cargo shifting. The weather in the region of Taiwan is bad and the waves were too high, which caused the accident. The crew contacted the local coast guard and helicopter and fast boat arrived at the scene. During the rescue operations, the master of the cargo ship feel over board and went missing into the heavy sea. All other crew was evacuated and the ship was left drifting under monitoring.
