Try MPT in Ft Lauderdale or San Jacinto College. Just two that came to mind. Probably more out there.

My favorite school for a class like that is the very high quality USMRC (formerly Marine Simulation Institute) in Newport, RI. The costs are average and they always run the course even if you are the only student. They pioneered marine simulation and they also run the Navy’s simulators at the Naval War College.
Newport is a very nice place. Spend a little extra for a good hotel or Air BnB near the Newport waterfront. Take a 1 mile Uber to school and back. I don’t know if Seaman’s Church still has hostel in Newport. If you are a sailor, or if you appreciate architecture, you will love Newport.
At most schools BRM will be on a desktop computer, at USMRC, you’ll use a real full mission bridge simulator.

My only experience with that school was at a BRM class, and when you mix yachties with deep sea sailors, you get a very poor experience.
