Breaking in- The GOM

Other than the under-representation of engineers here, what a great place! So, a couple of questions

  1. Are engineers having any trouble breaking in on the GOM ships?
  2. Absolute best company to work for (pay, benefits, advancement, decent management)
  3. Best paying company ( benefits, et al not included)
  4. Any engineers working below their license? ( DDE sailing as a QMED??)
  5. Are there many unlimited engineers sailing down there?
    East and West coast, please chime in here too!
