Bouchard Updates

All of this yet he has time to dabble on linked in and comment on posts. Unreal

Didn’t see that. How can that guy sleep over this stuff?

On LinkedIn Bouchard has 3 job postings
My favorite is the accounts payable position— not sure with what money this person will pay bills with lol

He is a mutt with a huge ego. Clinically he is a psychopath, as he has no conscience or empathy, not in a physical way as he is a pussy as most bullies are. Around the office, tops of his many endearing traits is paranoid schizophrenia. A constant belief that everyone is lying to him, trying to sabotage him and only want his money. He is finally correct, only he doesn’t have any. The company doesn’t, he has plenty.

I saw that.Wondered if he was not paying the crews, what was he paying the staff?

Morty had a COTP-ordered 13 days to get the Donna from the anchorage to a dock, under the threat of imprisonment, and couldn’t do it. If the order “further impaired” Morty’s “ability to improve it’s financial position,” (MarRisk2020) what ability does he have?

The Donna J is currently moored on the dolphins in Bayou Lafourche. Has had a smaller tug pushing the barge against the dolphins for at least 2 days.

Anyone have any idea what unit is next to be headed there? If any?

Staff have had a few late paychecks, but have not missed one.,

Lots of info in this article.

Came by us a few hours ago at the corner of Old Fourchon.

I was told by an ex employee of Bouchard that these were being confiscated by the govt and potentially auctioned off?

Keep in mind, boat talk, I don’t actually know anything…

From the article

“I would like to make it very clear that the Coast Guard is not pursuing vessel masters’ or the crews’ licenses for their inability to follow Captain of the Port Orders,” Edwards said.

“We have no interest in taking enforcement action against hard-working professional mariners that are trying to do the right thing in a very difficult situation.” Henry said.
.

I would be weary of such words. I hope these guys have MOPS on retainer.

Like I said.

Who has the drone in Fourchon taking all these pictures?

Oh gee thanks lady, you’re so magnanimous. Will your fines take precedence over payroll though?
