Im a professional mariner, and bearing sea commercial fishermen, i am looking for commercial offshore work outside the US becasue I have a British ticket, I am currently in South America, What is the best place to go outside US to find offshore work, Buenos Aires? Singapore? Middle East? Africa? with my skill level, low tonnage ticket and lack of DP cert, i am looking at Bosun, or AB most likely, i can afford one way ticket to any of these places, which would be the best for finding a job through dockwalking,
