Any opinions on the best place to take Advanced Stability?
If I’m going to burn a week of my liberty, I’d prefer a legitimate refresher and utilize the opportunity to maybe learn something new.
Everyone knows how some of these classes can be bullshit taught by bullshitters and I want to avoid that.
There’s barely anyone upgrading these days so can be difficult to find that one. I’ve had several shipmates sign up for Advanced only for the school to cancel the class cause there’s little to no other people enrolled. I took it at MPT in Fort Lauderdale about 6 months ago the instructor was actually very good, passed the CM Stability exam with ease.
MITAGS is a legit course for Adv Stability and it’s not super easy. You gotta study a bit and really learn the material. Professional class.
