In the 2004 grounding of the attilio levoli, what maritime conventions were influenced by this incident?
As far as I know, none of the maritime conventions were influenced by that incident. Moreover, I don’t understand how this particular incident could inspire any changes in the international maritime legislation.
Is this another homework/term paper assignment?
