This sounds more like a Deck Engineer. Sorry, if they want a real Chief Engineer, I am not going to be spending more time painting on deck. Now I never had a problem going out to help the deck guys but in my opinion, you either want a Real Engineer or you want a Deckhand that will play Engineer.
