At least three people died and 10 were injured when an oil tanker exploded on Tuesday in central Thailand’s Samut Songkhram province. Four fire trucks and other rescue vehicles raced to the scene. The authorities suspect that the tanker was not fully emptied of fuel or thoroughly cleaned, which caused the explosion.
