Sea Star's El Faro

If Tote is really smart they will create a website and post all of the documents that clearly must be produced during legal discovery and the USCG investigation. They could hold back on the documents on which they intend to fight or limit discovery. My guess is that a small army of junior associates from a Seattle law firm has already arrived in Jacksonville to start reviewing and classifying documents for discovery.

Who owns those tugs?[/QUOTE]

The El Faro incident has received a remarkable amount of media coverage. I cannot recall any previous Presidential statement about a commercial ship foundering.

I suspect those are Crowley Maritime tugs. You can look them up if you want on Marinetraffic.com and shipspotting.com.
