The next set of hearings for the Loss of the El Faro starts tomorrow in Jacksonville.

Monday the 13th will be very interesting to hear what the DPA has to say about what was heard of the transcript of the VDR. I have to wonder if he is going to revise his past statements on his last conversation with the Captain or if his lawyer is going to stop him from testifying. Either way it should be interesting.
As of right now, I am not sure how many days I will be able to attend but I will be there on the Monday for sure. If anyone else is planning on attending let me know and hopefully we can get together and hoist a Drink to the Memory of Those that are Lost.
