Legally the owners and operators were complicit in their knowledge of the modifications and were unable to limit their liability. The separation between the owner of record and the real owners hiding behind the corporate walls is likely to be so opaque that the courts will find a little change down the back of the couch.

But in this case I am glad that after paying a Kings Ransom to the Lawyers The State of Baltimore will come away with Chump Change .
