Prolonged Easterly winds may delay some eastbound North Atlantic shipping

An area of prolongedstrong easterly to northeasterly winds are forecast to prevail over theNorthwest North Atlantic north of Cape Hatteras to south of Nova Scotia fromNovember 17th through November 24th which will cause some delays to eastboundship traffic from the USEC to North Europe.
