A very good, comprehensive paper on the use of ECIDS. I’d recommend this be carried aboard for guidance.
The paper often mentions that the company should develop procedures, checklists etc. For some that might be a long wait.
I used the material from the ECDIS class I took which included a CD which I used as the basis for pre-departure set-up checklists and so forth.
