OK, Sandia: good choice, I worked there for 10 years. Boeing: Also a good choice if they’re like they were when I knew them. Maersk and Crowley I know little or nothing about. But BP? Dear Lord.

The USN had asked Sandia to investigate thing for them before, and then disregarded the conclusions. Let’s see how they do this time.
I presume you mean the investigation of the USS Iowa turret explosion. That was before my time at Sandia, but I worked with one of the guys who had been on the team. He was pretty disgusted with the Navy.
