San Jacinto would probably be the place. They just received the federal designation as Maritime “center of excellence” meaning they are eligible for federal funding ie newer training equipment, newer classrooms, better paid instructors (maybe?). Either way, they are doing something right to get that designation and have a lot of courses to offer.
