Could some have reached an uninhabited island, or float around in one of the missing rafts, or the undetected lifeboat?
In theory it is possible although chances are slim because the ship suddenly flipped, pushed over by a large beam wave. I suppose that only a few crew members that were on deck or in a half open space like the wheelhouse could have been swept out into the sea.
