Interesting, had a friend in the process of taking a chief’s job there when suddenly it “fell apart” in the last few weeks. Hmmm.
My guess is that equipment ‘becomes’ ksea equipment and operated as such to partially address recency issues, moving wheelhouse around and “promoting from within” to fill in the gaps. We shall see how that works out.
