The Polish government have been issuing certification to Ukrainian seafarers.
The Ukrainian maritime administration has more or less shut down I think.
Some of them went up to the dead fleet, some are in Brownsville, some are working.
LMSRs in the dead fleet???
Are those the “Bob Hope” ships? They are the ones working. Some of “the others” went to B’ville and the fleet.
Between NN and Norfolk there was probably a dozen RRF ships laid up for a while.
